Perfect place to stay in the heart of Florence. Ideal location to walk to most of the predominant points of interest, the staff went above and beyond, price very fair and nice, complimentary perks such as an open bar with pop and water. … More The staff treated us like family - thanks to George, Sebastian, Mateo, Monica, Umberto and the rest of the staff. Rooms very clean, clean towels daily, delicious breakfast which can be delivered to the room for free. We definitely stay there again.
